Strategy Development
The Strategy Development process is a 10-week package, taking your organisation from consultation to delivery of a finished strategic plan spanning 3-5 years into the future. This aims to learn where your organisation currently is, set ambitions for the future, and agree a deliverable roadmap.
This process is particularly valuable for organisations who have recently been through significant change, as a way of hitting 'reset' and carving a path forward.

Governance Review and Policy Development
A governance review process evaluates your organisation's existing governance structures and policies, and identifies areas to be strengthened. Working closely with the Board and Executive, new policies are drafted for review and approval, with final styled documents provided in your branding. Focus areas include EDI Policy and AI Usage Policy, which is set to become the next focus area for compliance.
